The journal uses double-blind system: the reviewers identities remain anonymous to authors, while the reviewers can see authors identities. Two reviewers from outside and one editor from the journal typically involve in reviewing a submission. This journal is publishing on monthly basis. This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.
This is an open access journal which means that all content is freely available without charge to the user or his/her institution. Users are allowed to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of the articles in this journal without asking prior permission from the publisher or the author. This is in accordance with the BOAI definition of open access.

Authors are charged a $200 handling fee.
Handling fee is accepted only after a manuscript has been reviewed and accepted for publication.
Faculty and research scholars of affiliated universities/ institutions may apply for 50% discount for publication fee.
